Dramatic turn of events in Allier! Allumee delivers with its light drone show!
As you may have read in our previous articles, Allumee, company offering a drone show, collaborated this summer with Soirs de fête to combine pyrotechnics and light displays using our drones. But, a dramatic turn of events occurred when all French prefectures decided to ban all fireworks displays across the country, starting August 12, 2022. Allumee was supposed to deliver!
Allumee adapts its drone show at the last minute
Once again, drought and repeated fires led to the cancellation of fireworks displays. Following this announcement from the French prefectures, Allumee had to adapt at the last minute. Indeed, the following day, August 13, a drone and pyrotechnic display was planned for the town of Pierrefitte-sur-Loire in Allier.
Fortunately, this was already our 6th performance in the department as part of the “Bourdonner en Bourbonnais” festival. So, don't stress: the Allumee team will definitely have a solution! Obviously, we had to adapt our light drone show at the last minute. This is how we were able to offer the audience additional entertainment to compensate for the absence of the pyrotechnic part.
A drone show that doesn't disappoint the crowd
Our aerial show went very well despite the unexpected. It lasted 17 minutes as originally planned, and the spectators were more than delighted. It was a huge stressful experience for us, as there were 6,000 spectators present. They left delighted at the discovery of such a musical and luminous show, in awe of our 200 drones performing their custom choreography in the air.
The show took place above the Pierrefitte-sur-Loire lake, and there's nothing like the reflection of all these luminous drones twirling in the air against a musical backdrop created especially to captivate the audience. Once again, we were able to demonstrate our expertise and the perfect mastery of our technological devices by adapting to the very particular context of the moment. So, as you know, no matter the context, Allumee will be able to satisfy your wildest requests!
